I can't really find the right words. It was fantastic! But that doesn't do it justice. I don't tend to like many Sherlock inner monologues because they don't feel real to me but this one seems so perfectly in his mind that I almost forgot I was reading a fanfiction. You, author human, are Brilliant!

First of all, thankyouthankyouthankyou for making a Johnlock parent fic not involving mpreg . . . it always breaks the believability of the story, to me at least. I think the path that the characters took to get to where they are makes sense and also stays very much in character. I love the fact that it did take Sherlock a little while to grow fond of their son and that originally it was all for John- seems like something he'd do. Anyway, kudos :)

Just going to post and praise you. That fic was crazily good. I think it was very in character for Sherlock and that's amazing considering the content. I literally cried out of pure joy for a couple seconds when I finished. Thanks for writing this.

Oddly usually I prefer mpreg (it's a fantasy of mine), but here I liked watching Sherlock work through it all. I feel much the same about babies. Honestly I don't get it, until they are old enough to show some personality I'm just not into it. But I'm assuming it's different with your own.

I logged back onto after about three years of avoiding the entire site to review this. I'm not normally into kidfic (this may be a dirty lie, as I've read at least two kidfics and written one, which was genderswapped too, to boot...LEERY IN PRINCIPLE OKAY), but GOD this was good. I'm a huge nerd, so I was out as soon as the line "The transitive property" happened. Hyperventilating, fanning face, the works. Sweet and precious and fantastic. Well done you. :)
