Lmb111514 chapter 1 . 2/13 I found this story idea incredibly interesting to read! |
Kazucchan chapter 1 . 6/3/2016 Wow! This overwhelmed me! This concept of yours is very original, and it's really evident in your writing that you have a way with words. I was scared at first and confused because what if something happens to them when they're 'heartless'? Good thing they weren't harmed or anything. This was really amazing. I was completely blown away by the ending when America shared his heart to England by feeding him half of it; I was really happy when England felt something inside him beating for the first time and I was just... Waaaaaaaaaaaaaah. Thanks for the story! Have my 'favorite', please! |
FicAddic chapter 1 . 3/5/2016 This is so wonderfully written; a perfect mix of words and thought. I nearly squealed when America and England shared the heart between themselves- it's fluff in a way I never thought possible. I love it! |
Guest chapter 1 . 11/1/2014 gorgeous |
danaw chapter 1 . 8/2/2012 I think it's a wonderful metaphor, and I love how you played with it! |
CrimsonButterflyTearDrops018 chapter 1 . 5/4/2012 Wow, just wow. Your usage of words was so beautiful, I'm speechless. Excellent job! |
Mooncatcher chapter 1 . 5/4/2012 Oh, wow, I absolutely adore this story. It's so creative and beautifully written and the descriptions are breathtaking. I especially like the ending; it's perfect. |
pale-jonquil chapter 1 . 4/30/2012 So nice to read this story again! Definitely one of my favorite USUK fics, and there was no magic lost coming back and reading it again. I love fics that explore all of England's many tangled relationships. It was like an ensemble piece that still felt very intimate. And of course your writing has such a lovely flow. Thank you for writing this! |
Loreyulia chapter 1 . 4/24/2012 This was so beautifully written, and such an interesting concept! I was entranced through out it all with the vivid imagery. It reminded me of the Christina Perri song, howl's moving castle and hetali all rolled into one! Excellent job, Loreylia~ |
Victoria Bells chapter 1 . 3/29/2012 This is indescribably gorgeous. I can't even begin to tell you how this makes me feel. Wow. |
kawaiipinay chapter 1 . 3/29/2012 I meant to comment on this story when you posted it to LiveJournal, but now that the completed version is on I'll comment here instead :) I have to say I like this one a little better because of the extra section towards the beginning with England's thoughts about stars and America... but the LJ version was perfectly fine by itself! Seriously, you have such a way with prose; I love the flow of this story and if someone asked me to quote my favorite line in it I'd pretty much have to parrot back the entire story to them. (Although that bit where America gives England his heart for "safekeeping", only to demand it back when he realizes where England won't store it? Kind of broke /my/ heart to read... oh England, such a flag-crusher). Also, I'm sad to hear you'll be going on hiatus - fandom needs more excellent writers like you to be active! Good luck with your activist/social entrepreneur/development geeky thing though, and hopefully you'll be able to return soon :) |
Elise chapter 1 . 3/28/2012 Eeep! I meant IC. The characters are very IC. And, just so you know, this is the 5th time I re-read your story :3 It's just so amazing... |
Elise chapter 1 . 3/28/2012 This is just amazing! The whole concept is so so canon *is remembering Russia* and even though it's a bit creepy, it's really sweet somehow. And I love the way you wrote it, too. Using present tense is quite tricky, especially in 3rd person, but you pulled it off well. The characters are very OC, the dialogue is to die for, the plot is just win, and I really can't help but fangirl all over your fanfic! You just gained a stalker, dear ;) |
dontevenbotheraskingmetoupdate chapter 1 . 3/28/2012 Day made. |
