I'm loving this fic. It has a certain air of Tolkien's version of elvenkind to it but at the same time it's very much the work of the Elder Scrolls lore. :) Great job and I can't wait to see where it goes.

I'm glad I wasn't the only one who did Bleak Falls Barrow before going to Whiterun. But I found out that if I didn't talk to the Jarl, I could do all the minor quests without any dragons coming to breathe down my neck...literally. I was level 20 when I spoke to the Jarl. It was actually kinda hilarious how easy everything was after that.

I don't know why I told you that. Well, keep up the good work!

A very impressive and promising start Claire :) Despite my relative ignorance of the Elder Scrolls series I can easily spot the allusions to it; even the game mechanics themselves that you've smoothly incorporated. The characters seem to me exactly how they should at this point and I'm sure with future character development they could make for interesting writing.

Also, good job foreshadowing what is likely a major plot point (My limited Skyrim knowledge coming into play) so early on with the Dragon. It allows you to focus more on the minor details and the more intricate plot points without having to worry about introducing something so important later on.

All in all, a good piece in my eyes and I shall continue reading updates when they come to see how this develops :)
