The story is cool, I like the concept, but I find weird that team is still together even after all this time, especially for a mission that's C rank at best: 4 jounins is overkill.

This isn't the first time i read this fanfiction, and everytime i like it more. The relationship between Ryo and Nanashi is something i really adore, they help and support each other. I really like Ryo and what he told Kakashi!
I hope you will update this fanfiction again, because i think it's worthy.

I thought it would be a bad idea to start reading a 3 chapter long fic which hasn't been updated in 6 years but I did and while I'm aching for more to read, I also really enjoyed what I've read so far. Love the concept, the role reversal (actually laughed out loud when I read that Ryo is bad at fighting, even though he was a prodigy before. Wonder if, if he fought barehanded, some kind of muscle memory would kick in?), and also the mutual respect between Sakura and Neji.

I was looking forward to them being back in Konoha and seeing, like, their friends reaction to them (even when they still don't know Nanashi and Ryo are Sakura and Neji) but it's also so painful, knowing Naruto and Sasuke and Kakashi think Sakura is just gone, dead, and they're keeping on living because what else can they do? It's a shame we don't see Naruto more because he's probably the most obviously affected by her "death" and I would have liked to see it.

Also love Neji's "observation" of Kakashi at the end of this chapter. I absolutely cannot see canon!Neji say it, but Ryo, who isn't a shinobi of Konoha, who has no reason to be nice or polite or respectful to Kakashi? It doesn't feel out of character at all and I found it pretty funny and memorable.

Usually I end my reviews on ongoing fics with something like "I'm looking forward to the next chapter", but well I'll just say if you ever do update at some point in the future, even if it's in two or three years, I would absolutely LOVE to read more of this story, and if you never update it again, I'm still happy I decided to read this story today and have no regrets.

I really didn't expect Sakura being the new Haku in the story! I really like where this story is going even though I felt Neji should of married Sakura by now rather be siblings but that's just my take of where the romance was going xD.
The rain village sounds like the edo period and clashes with modern naruto ninja universe. I'm kind of sad how Sakura can't see and hope one of the chapters will have Tsunade fix her blindness!
I hope to see more updates on NejixSaku development!

Can we expect a sword fight between Sasuke and Nanashi in a maybe not so friendly spar? If Nanashi is well known in Rain country for her skills then I imagine Sasuke would want to test himself and see how good he is in comparison.

And wow, does Ryo hit hard with those uncomfortable truths. He is like the Sherlock Holmes of the ninja world. He doesn't need to know how to swing a sword to do alright in this world.
