This was good except for a couple of things... the last line was a bit disconcerting. Three years of silence but mostly of silent tension - the worst kind of tension.. and already, with just one kiss, she has switched her mind just like that? How did Sasuke even come to like her if, as you had implied, they had barely talked to each other (barring terse greetings) after his remorseless rejection? With how you had set up this story, I get that there were some big time-skips and you've left out a lot of things (one being how Sakura came to like Sasuke in the first place) but that's one thing I think you could have expounded upon to make his reciprocation more believable.

I understand that Sasuke holds a certain power over Sakura that makes it hard for her to reject him, especially since it's quite obvious that she still holds feelings for him but I feel like there was a missing build-up to the ending because in retrospect, the last line was admittedly a nice callback to the beginning where you talked about how she lost all the things she cared about. Don't get me wrong, you can leave the last line as it is - it's just, there seems something lacking before it. It sounds abrupt when you read it out loud.
