Halo MAC guns have been retconned. A standard MAC gun does not do 3 gigatons of damage anymore, they do 64 kilotons. That makes the playing field of ME vs. Halo much more even. The only weapon that hits in the gigaton range is the Super MAC at 51.6 gigatons.

The info is quite informative but I have a slight problem with the comparison between the UNSC and the SAF. Mostly the shield strength between ship classification.

I would think that the shield strength for the ships of the same class would have similar strength at least if not stronger for the UNSC with human innovation and all.

Overall nicely done the Citadel, Geth, Reapers and maybe Cerberus if you decide to make them an enemy won't know what hit them when the UNSC and the SAF are the war path.

Well my knowledges about Halo are fine but I can't say the same for Mass Effect so I can't give my opinion .
