Nicely written. Good characterization. Interesting to hear the reasoning behind Sherlock's actions. Writing in the present tense feels a little awkward, though.

Nice exploration of Sherlock's approach to himself and how John changes things

Second best Sherlock sic fic I have read. The characters are sooo perfect! You would not believe how OOC these two can get. It's great finding good fictions like this that can amplify the chemistry these two have as friends and who they are as people. Thank you for writing something as brilliant as this. It gives hope for good fanfiction being on here, just have to dig deep. :D

Awww the ending to this was just too cute! I like how you touched on the fact that Sherlock really doesn't take very good care of himself on a long case, and that yes, he needs someone (like John, lol) to look after him. I'll guiltily admit, I like fics where John is taking care of Sherlock...it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Sherlock needs someone like John in his life, and I like how you portrayed that deep friendship here. :)
