I like this a lot. I could even see Jareth, knowing what was supposed to/nearly did happen, grabbing Raoul and making Christine think she had made the wish after all, and the events progressing as per written in comic's arc, fudging memories already fragile from the presence of paradoxical personages.

I like your solution, too. Running out of time is a perfectly logical way to lost. But, it's all good as long as Raoul isn't a golbin.

I'm another fan of GND, but I did wonder why this whole wishing Raoul to the goblins business never involved a run-in with the Labyrinth. Of course, we could argue that Jareth has the power to do whatever he wants in his Labyrinth; nevertheless, I am tickled pink to see Christine having to become a runner to get back what she wished away :D

I do wonder if the Labyrinth will have another Champion or if there's some plot-twist on the way.

Lol this chapter was hillarious. I can't remember anything about Raoul killing any chickens, and I disagree with you on the stockholm syndrone thing. Erik was alone and depressed, and Christine always loved him, just more in a fathery way. Of course, if you twist it enough, you can turn it into boy/girl romance.

Oh goodness, this is funny. I am having fun imagining this (oddly as a GND cartoon). And though I personally have never really liked Raoul (I think he's a bit of a ninny - especially when you read Leroux's original - I wanted to hang him myself! All that whining...) but I am okay with Christine marrying him. I suppose I can really explain it. It would be rather Stockholm of her to marry Erik, wouldn't it? But I do believe he loves Erik, in a way. Maybe not the marrying way, but in some way.

Very entertaining, can't wait to see what Sarah and Javert have gotten up to!
