I really wanted another Ten and River episode ...siiiggh.. We're just left to read fanfictions of them... But this is good too!

Asgard definitely belongs to Ten. I imagine they may have had a few more adventures before he regenerates. It would explain River mixing up which Doctor was at the Byzantium. I also doubt that the Byzantium was her first adventure with Eleven.

And this did not fizzle out.

You know what I think is beautiful, River? This fic. It's so amazing... Madis, you paint the relationship between River and Doctor better than the show sometimes. And you also paint it in a way that makes me have a whole lot more feels. She loves the doctor no matter what shadows may come. She really does. Another wonderful piece. I love how each one of your fics bring to light a very specific aspect of the show - whether it be about a character's perception of something, a reoccurring theme, or in this case a more obscure idea (that River loves the doctor no matter which one he is, or what point in time he is. The idea is definitely there, but nobody pulled it out and shined a flashlight on it (well, until you did)).

I like the end. Very neat.

Nice job! I though this story was really interesting. It's cool to see how the 10th Doctor interacts with River after his first encounter with her.

Oh my goodness. That was just beautiful. River's point of view - the way she thought about the different Doctors - "spring" - all so gorgeous. Thank you so much for sharing this.

This is all perfect. The River POV really adds. But you know what this really makes me want to do? Read about "my" River. I've adopted your Melody Williams as "my" River if that's okay. So, I'm going to read that now.

with the fifty year annivery coming up, there is a lot of talk of previous doctors. David Tennant has said publically he would like to come back. I'd love to see him teamed with Alex Kingston (Catherine Tate would also be great)

Oh my God I'm gonna cry... Why do I love their interactions so much? He's so young for her, and she's nearlu at the end, and yet I can't get enough of this dynamic! Maybe I'm a masochist? Who knows, but this was brilliant, and I love it! :D

That is not what I would consider fizzling! That was beautiful and very sad. That bittersweet tone is what makes it so amazing though. You capture emotion with all the finesse of a seasoned author.
