I must comment, this is amazing! I wish I could write smut this good :D I really apreciate how you incorporate the realistic elements of BDSM play like safewords and aftercare into the story. It's really important for people unfamiliar with play to understand that those little things and the relationship of the people is more important to what a Bondage relationship is about than the play it's self. Also I think your pacing switch between the two chapters from a more laid back, exploratory first encounter to a harsh punishment and Kate absolutely enjoying being used is quite erotic.
