A little darker than you other work... but interesting nonetheless. As for the German/Prussian... here's what sounds more comfortable to me, and in general.

General Preußen! Trochu hat 90'000 Soldaten als letzter Ausweg/letzte Möglichkeit geshickt. Sie haben erweiterte und sind jetzt an der westlichen Rand von Paris. Was sollen wir tun?

Translation: General Prussia! Trochu has sent 90'000 soldiers as a last resort. They have advanced and are now on the western border of Paris.

Welches Jahr ist es?

Translation: What year is it?

Was sollten wir tun, um die Franzosen?

Translation: What should we do about the French?

Attacke! Sie werden 10 Tagen night ertragen, wenn sie ihre Positionen halten.

Translation: Attack! They will not endure 10 days, if they hold their positions.

As you can see, certain words were altered. Some English words can translate into German/Prussian, but not their meanings. So I did a little word hunting to what would best suite what you're trying to get across with what their saying here. Google Translate is okay, but their grammar sucks when translating English/German and what not. Hope I was able to help... though I'm positive I screwed up there somewhere myself.

Darn it Prussia. Have he never heard about the saying be carefull with wath you wish, it may come true. Obuisly not and now he have to go throw his happy days all over again. Poor guy, not thinking before saying anything but that happens to us all at times. Hmm, wonder if he will sepperate East Prussia completly from Germany after it have been formed to avoid being dragged into WW II this time. He may become small but better that that overtaken.
