Some quick notes:

Everyone calls Tezuka "Buchou" except for the third years.
Try using "Tsukiko-chan" instead of "Moon Child". The latter is the meaning of the former anyway, and Eiji imitates that concept by calling Fuji "Fujiko".
I advice you to keep up the slow process since romance is more exciting that way, but continue showing signs only in a discreet way. This goes for both Tezuka and Fuji. In my opinion, you're going a bit too slow with Tezuka, and a bit too fast with Fuji.
The matter with Ringo is also a bit too fast. She trusted Yuu too easily with her feelings for Tezuka before a deeper friendship could develop between them.
Try to lessen Tsuki's overreaction sometimes (her apologies and crying), since it could get annoying. I mean, she might become no better than Sakuno if this keeps up.
