Okay, but to say, I really, REALLY like of this one. You have mastered a proper Discworld universe feeling with your writing style. And it's really exciting to be piecing the puzzle together layer by layer. Heh, obviously dear old Captain Jack got swapped to discworld while Vimes got to Doctor's. The house is reminding me of one episode where Doctor was stuck as that one fat guy's flatmate because there was a space ship stuck over his house. :P
I hope that you will get around to continue, because I can see a lot of potential with this one.

hrrrr? okay, now i'm curious. were those two cops just random cops or was that the house with the upstairs which was a space ship?

This is so good! Your writing is some of the most similar to Pratchett's I've ever read which is extremely difficult to do. I know, I've tried! You are doing fantastically, keep up the good work! Might I request a Carrot cameo? If not that's fine, I'll love the story anyway. :D Thanks!

Please tell me that there is (or will be) another chapter soon. This is a promising start and I want to see where you go with it. Stopping now would be quite disappointing.

Although I've only read a few of the Discworld books, I have to say that this feels like I'm reading one of his own novels. Just... something about the way you write descriptions, attitudes of the characters feels spot on.

Plus, it's the Doctor. And Sam Vimes. Nothing could possibly go wrong, right?

No criticisms, except that it would be nice to see longer chapters. Only one thing I really picked up on, though, was "Or in this case it the word paw was more appropriate". The Death of Rats has claws, not paws, otherwise, very good.

I like your story. Its nice and well written. Your Sam is good, and I hope your Doctor will be at last equally good.

Whats left to say: Write more, so I can like it more.
