Ahhh how am I just finding this story now? Bruh I am so in love with this story! The way you write and describe things is so amazing, and you honestly are making me care for some of those original characters you added. I was so sad when Pete died dude:')))

I am so excited for the next chapter! I really do hope to see an update, even though it has been a few years, but I shall still hold on to hope! I am seriously in love with this story!
Also, I have to ask: will this story eventually begin to follow the plot of Crisis Core and/or Final Fantasy 7? Or will this be something new? Either way, I'm just excited to see what happens next.
I'm excited to see Cloud and Claire reunite, and I am definitely excited to see Claire when she becomes Lightning.

More like a massive hype train

Alright an update! :-) Excellent chapter. All action, which I love. Great battle sequence. So Cloud and Claire have separated. I'm predicting a reunion at some point in the future. And by the way ff7 remake... mini-stroke? I had an all-out fucking heart attack when I saw that video. I just can't believe it. Never thought I'd see the day. Lets just pray that it's out before PlayStation 8. Anyway, great chapter as always and I can't wait to read more. Update Soon! ;-)

I think one of the developers said it was more of a rein-visioning. Which makes sense since some scenes from ff7 will have to change to fit the graphics. As long as nothing major gets cut i'm cool. New content would be awesome though. And it looks like Claire will be fast tracked to Sergeant NCO at some point given her experience. And i'm curious where lightning will go from there. Lots of possibilities. And honestly the game showed a lot of the evil of Shinra wasn't the president so much as the people under him. Mostly Dr. Hojo but a lot of other corrupt people as well. I'm very curious what will happen here as this goes on.

Realistic. That's the only word I can describe this as

Claire "Lightning" and Cloud here are a great pair. They egg each other on and bring out the best in each other while also pushing each other to push past things and become better at any skill they focus on. Hopefully they'll stay together. But I suppose a little time apart may force Cloud and Claire to realize just how deeply they care about each other. I think given the girl, Tifa, in Clouds past he'll have to take the first step in letting her know he's interested.

I'm feeling a lot of emotions with this one for sure. Good for Claire for sticking to her guns, though I'm wondering if she'll end up joining Cloud. I was happy to see Cloud lay it all out on the table, telling Claire how much he relies on her for emotional support. I'm excited to read the next one. Thanks again, take it easy.

I'm curious what will happen from here. Time skip some point soon? Claire changing her mind. I could see that happening. especially once/if she learns about the pay grade increase she'll get from joining this group. I'm guessing it'll make them either NCO or first level officer in rank, Lieutenant upon successful entry and training into this new unit. Plus the hazzard pay i'm guessing they both got or are going to get since they just came back... Money shouldn't be a big deal.

Although Cloud... Hopefully he'll send some money to his mother and she'll move away from that town before the crap comes down. Otherwise... Not too many survivors I think. Although technically they never say... just suggest. So I suppose that's not necessarily true.

Regardless I hope to see where this keeps going. The innate potential in Cloud after everything he's been through is already here. Lightning too. And i'm super curious what will happen as things go on.
