I just found this fanfiction and I absolutely love it! I know it's been a while - almost two years - since the last update, but I hope you eventually return to this story so we can find out more about Minerva, Severus and Grace.

Great story! i was captivated from the very beginning, and I love the development of the characters and their stories. I love the idea of Severus and Minerva falling in love and rescuing Grace. I thought everything worked perfectly together. Please update soon! :)

Two points: Nothing in canon indicates Harry is anything better than above average. A good ‘un, as Hagrid says, but not extraordinary. Harry is “Average Guy as Hero,” a trope that goes back to the Argonautica.

And would it have been better to have left a non-powerful wizard child with the magic-hating Dursleys? The morality of dumping Harry with a potentially abusive family has nothing to do with how powerful he is, unless Minerva, like Albus, is thinking of him primarily as a tool rather than as a human being.

This looks like it will be a good story. I look forward to it.
