The story has a great effect and the concept was clearly delivered. I loved your use of repetition in the second chapter.
There are, however, some technical cons I would like to point out (as per request of course). You have to remember one thing; as a writer, every word counts. You can't introduce an idea to theme just to dismiss it, it must carry through in some form of other. I liked it when the theme of time was used to mentaint he effect and I would request you to look over the other themes that wee introduced.
Not that every story is similar, but it usually has a greater effect when the sentence structure matched the pace of the story. Until now there was little to no action and the short sentences are speeding up the story too much.
I apologize for judging it too critically but honestly, good work. I hope to see more updates soon :)
