This was cute in a hilarious way. Let's mess with Dickie-Bird while thinking over our not-so-bad relations, shall we?

I've actually never read anything like this before, and that is said as a compliment. :) I've seen things about Jason being the unwanted Robin, and stuff, but no one ever goes so far to say that Kori and Roy was his new family and Jason reflecting on that. :DD Congrats!

Great story ... I especially like the way you described the bonding and character development with Jason, Starfire (and Roy).

Very nice one shot! :D I wish there were more stories relating the outlaws to Richard or the Teen Titans . . . do you mind doing one more? AT least a one-shot or a sequel to this? XD Anyways, very nice! :D

You write in Jason's POV so flawlessly. It feels so in character and I just love how you tied in the continuity with the Titans, and Damian and the Justice League. Going to favorites :)

Aww! This is such a sweet team one-shot! :) The lack of RoyxKori made me a little sad, but it's soooo worth it to see the anti-DickxKori. :D I adore the ending especially - so sweet for the team! :)
Love it!

w

This is unbelievably good for him- for all three of them. They all are broken, and slowly, they are all fixing each other. Roy brings forth smiles and fun; Kori gives them comfort, and hope; and Jason brings forth security and unity. Together, they create a very powerful team, I think this will be the best thing for Jason in the long run. Kori and Roy to, together they are one, together they are happy.

I do wish for Jason and Roy to return to their family one day, but right now this is the best thing for all of them. Besides, Gotham screws with Jason's head, he's better when he's away from it.

I love the Teen Titans, Young Justice, Justice League, Red Hood and the Outlaws... and whatnot. I love the DC universe. Though, I'm a Robin x Raven shipper, I must say I like this story. You're a pretty good writer.

Keep up the great work!

PJ Zatken chapter 1 . 3/2/2012
I love the story, although I have a couple of little observations.

I love the first person viewpoint, and I love Jason Todd. I can understand that he is angry with being the second, third, fourth, umpteenth fiddle in the Wayne Family...so that's a given.

His viewpoint about Dick being a player? Forgivable, because that is his viewpoint. In reality, Dick's not a player (contrary to what others believe) because players are purposefully there to break a girl's heart before, during, and after the encounter without any guilt or reservation. Dick's too much of a caring person to do so. So again, given that it is Jason's viewpoint, it is completely forgivable.

As to Kory's characterization here in the story? In my humble opinion, it's off. She wouldn't even let Jason lay even a small veil of a layer, but here in the fic she's okay with Jason gloating and she protested because she felt that Jason laid it on too thick. Kory wouldn't be part of Jason laying it on Dick or rubbing anything on Dick's face. She's too strong of a woman to let that happen. Kory cares about Dick to the point that she has memories of him even though her race has very short term memory. That speaks for itself.

At the same time, Kory cares about Jason as a teammate and as a friend. I would've loved seeing her remind him here and there that he is his own man now-away from the shadow of the bat and everything else. She would've recognized that he needed validation just as much as she never needed it in the first place.

Aside from that, Jason's characterization is a bit off. He has a lot of respect for Kory, and he sees the intelligent side of Kory even if he couldn't help but notice that bodacious body of hers. In this story, he pretty much used Kory as an object and Kory let him do so...so two things for me are off. Now if there was a "agreement" between the two, then it's understandable...but then again it still wouldn't fit Kory's character because she does care deeply about Dick. Secondly, Jason has grown up tremendously as shown in the Red Hood and the Outlaw series. Don't get me wrong...he's still witty, can be a jerk, throw caution in the wind type of guy in a way that may seem immature to others but it's not. It's who he really is and that's what makes him fun and a well-rounded character that can definitely stand side-by-side with the other well-rounded characters in the Bat Family such as Dick and the others.

Don't get me wrong. I love the story altogether in spite of the things I've pointed out. I believe that you're a wonderful writer because you got me engaged from start to finish...so I just wanted to point this out to you so that when you write your next Red Hood and the Outlaws stories that the characterizations are more spot-on. I would've love seeing a bit of maturity on Jason's part (there is a way to be spiteful and somewhat mature). I would've loved seeing a bit different dynamic between Dick and Kory-all while observing the fact that Jason was there.

I'll keep an eye on your stories :) I hope that you take the above as constructive criticism because that's what it is. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me.
