Before I read this chapter: never mentioned before - love your scene setting lines at the start of each section, very funny. 'enemy whereabouts unknown' etc. So good! also thought not enough attention given to HBP potions book last chapter, but understandable. I'll read this chapter now and add onto the review..

Overall, this was a nice chapter.. maybe a tad high on the drama, but I loved Ron's involvement and totally agree with your A/N. My favourite part of the chapter is probably the end with the 'you said I was right again' excellent stuff

I think the 'in love with you' was a tad rushed.

They never banked on Ron and Ginny being better friends than them! haha. That's a great 'twist' for the main characters. That unlike Harry and Hermione, Ron and Ginny calm down and both wish them well genuinely. Love that. In fact, I think both their reactions are incredibly platonic and I've thoroughly enjoyed how you've written them. Super realistic and almost canon-like.

While I feel Harry's feelings are a bit rushed, and Hermione is mildly ridiculous in the latter half of this chapter, it's still definitely enjoyable.

I'm not a fan of the whole 'anytime a girl is snappy she is on her period' thing..

Also, is Harry thick ? If there were absolutely no romantic undertones with my best friend and a girl said I wasn't good enough for him, it would still hurt. Especially if that girl is supposed to be my friend!

I'm definitely interested in this movie re-write your friend is doing. why are they rewriting the movies rather than books? Hopefully you give more info on this at the end :)

I recognize the scene from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Good choice. It worked well here. It kind of took me out the story a bit because I know that show so well, but I like it.

I realize I'm eight years too late for you to likely read this review, but this WHOLE fic was absolutely wonderful. I have to admit I went into it not expecting to be as overcome as I was, but you quickly proved me wrong. I was drawn in so much from the first chapter and flew through the entire story in like 30 minutes. I absolutely love how you've characterized Ron - I'm in agreement that he is treated far too harshly by other H/Hr shippers, but I really enjoyed his evolution from confusion, anger, hesitation, and finally acceptance. The last chapter had me utterly giddy. Hermione running to the pitch while her professors and Hagrid cheered her on felt like watching the ending of Love Actually. I was actually feverish. Their reunion in the last section here was just so perfect in its all of its corny glory. Thank you so much for sharing this fic! Looking forward to checking out your other work.

This was really cute. I especially liked the fact that literally everyone in Hogwarts was shipping Harry and Hermione haha. Good to see a more mature side of Ron too. Really good job!

Nice to a see a well-written, mature Ron in this fic. It's pretty rare and while I like immature, hot-headed Ron who gets what he has coming to him from Harry and Hermione more when I read HP fanfiction, an emotionally mature Ron, when written well, is good too.
