Oh, this story is precious. I don't know how I missed it before. This kinda story, so perfect and well thought makes me want to come through my screen and hug you. Maybe sob my gratefulness a little.

I think this is a wonderful journey through Kate's head and through some of the pivotal moments that form the tapestry of her relationship with Rick. I love the way it moves from one moment to another, with seemingly no rhyme or reason - it works because of how vividly you evoke her emotions in those moments, instead of just describing them. And I love the realization at the end.

You are a very good writer. Why don't you write a 50 chapters telling us the story of their journey till season 4 with inclusion of competitions from others like Will, Demming, Josh, Hunt on one side and Meredith, Gina, Serena, Sophia on the other side. I really want to read the emotions, feeling, thought process as to how one loves someone but stay with someone else and feel. Castle-Beckett love story is one of the best TV show and I love to read the good fanfictions involoving them.

ooooh i need a while to get into this story mind, not because it's hard to grasp, no, it's more because it's been awhile, although it was not too long ago, season 3. But now it's season5 and they, castle and beckett, has this new dynamic, this new flavor to it. Maybe not new, it's a new level if i may say. So this story took me awhile to get the surrounding, to remember. But ooooh how i love season3 and this story is very smartly written, the progression of each specific point of castle and beckett with each scene, with a bit tweak differences of how they could go, which i thought are brilliant and wished that's how the show went; it is amazing, and the more i read, the more i got wound up with the story. And i knew how this story would end, you mentioned it that this is about the finale, 3x24, i knew she would get shot, lying dying on the grass, and somehow i kept forgetting it because you got me so focus on each particular scene, it is when a scene over and changed into another scene that i remembered it, beckett will get shot, but it was just a fleeting thought, i was more eager to read more, more, more of how, what you will write next, and again when i read, i forgot about the possible ending. It is so good, so brilliant, you got my emotion escalated with each scene, the perfectness on how you captured castle and beckett interaction from beckett's view is unbelievable, it is so good. Straight to the gut, alas, i got to the end scene and i just can't, i can't, it's perfect, it's frustrating, it's sad and yet it's hopeful and i just want to cry because there's so much, so much emotion, and i want more, but i know this is perfect, that is perfect, and i already know that they will be fine, it's season 5 and they are fine, they are better than before, but this is just amazing, this season 3, how you write this interpretation, your thought of season 3, it is just so amazing, it made me just want to stay in it, i want to cling to all this scenes you wrote, because it is so good, i don't want to let go. I am babbling in a long asss review. I just want to say i love this story, I love how your thoughts/ideas go, I love your writing, you captured them, the good and the bad, the happiness and the frustration, I love it. Thank you for this story.

I figured that was where you were going with the description. Very well written. I loved how Kate's mind would change the outcome of each event to what she wanted to happen instead of what actually did happen.

Oh my WORD, it is just so well done. The light in her eyes - how that echoes over and over, the lights from the ambulances in the previous scenes, and finally it all makes sense. And that last bit? The way you merged together those two scenes, the "Is that what we are?" scene with the shooting - that's just brilliant. It's fucking brilliant. I'm amazed. I LOVE THIS.

Good grief, this is beautiful! It captures them and their angst perfectly while adding a poetic, almost surreal, quality.
