Just came across this story. Absolutely loved it.

You are writing Lou so beautifully and it is be very powerful stuff, the lens through which she is viewing herself. I love the conversations with her and Jimmy...they feel so natural. about could not stand to stop reading long enough to review!

Just finish read it all, all over again! I really love this story and the ending chapter is so good :) I love happy endings and they deserve it! So I guess it's a big hurray from my part of the world... french fan here ;)

My friend! What a wonderful happy ending to your tale. Jimmy doesn't usually get the happily ever after, but here he did and it was a joy to read, especially after the journey these two went on. Bravo! on a job well done :)

I will always be a sucker for a happy ending! Your stories never shy away from the hard subjects and you write them so well; but I'm glad to read the positive resolution. I'm looking forward to the next installment of The Price of War although to be honest I'll be just as content to see Concrete Angels or Clipped Wings.
