Trash fic

Is the other personality truly native to Nat, or is it a parasitic add on, put there by the entity that dumped him in that world in the first place to make him less boring by giving him the whole anime protagonist subplot of having him have to fight his inner demon/s in order to protect his friends? Cuz, as far as I know, split personalities, especially ones caused by trauma (ones caused by that sort of things tend to be protectors who act as a shield for the original personality), can't just conjure personality traits out of nowhere, it can only amplify what is already there...

I read this originally about 5 years ago. I jgot the Ff7 remake and completed it, and remembered this story. I couldnt remember if it finished or not being 5 years ago. So i searched and found it. And i can say it is truly a great story. So author person, even though it is not finished just know that within the past couple of days that ive been reading this youve brought me a whole lot of enjoyment. And i really do hope you find it in you to finish it. Hope your well. A avid reader

Heya there. Thought I'd drop a review for a little encouragement. While I was off in China I ocasionally saw you'd updated you fick whenever my VPN decided it wanted to start working.

I salut you for your preserverence, though by the sound of it you're writing more for yourself now than for anyone else.

What pulls me back to this story is the plot, the occasional aha moments you have in your writing like When Nathan was on the space ship and thought over how young the planet looked in comparison to the people who lived on it and how Darwinism basically didn't seem like it applied at all only to figure out that perhpas most of th human were aliens that had come from elsewhere.

Loved the interaction with Hojo. Seemed really freaky the way he came off as so sane at times. Guess we won't be seeing more of him though.

Just in general all the tidbits tidbits you have about Nathan and his origins.

Battle scenes seem to be what rock your boat though. I have a little constructive advice from one writer to another. Try to avoid using 'before' in fighting scenes. I totally get the temptation since you want there to be a since of things happening one after another, but it get's a bit dry to read it in over other sentence. In my experience you can get the same effect by just cutting out the word before. If you want to convey a sentences of urgency you can try using short sentences too, but maybe that. Or at least that's what I try to do. Readers know if it works.
