Kinda wished this had happend

I cannot begin to tell you just how much I love this fanfic. Just the repeating of the words - "The Wall fell. Sam stood." MEANS so much more to me now than just those words say. Because, after Sam's wall fell ... Sam STOOD. He stood up. He got out of his head and came to rescue his brother. He stood against Castiel - for Castiel released the Sam who just didn't give a damn. And WHOA! did Sam lay it into him! THE WALL FELL, AND SAM HAD STOOD.

BTW - love also where Dean needed to protect Sam, and wanted him behind Dean, but Sam had stood toe to toe against Castiel to fight FOR Dean. YES!

And we don't expect anything less from our favorite author & friend to be able to see the light beyond the dim & darkness ... Keep the faith !

Wonderful first two chapters. Your version is fabulous. I'm quite excited for more. Sam being tormented of the images of Dean being in hell was a great idea. I'm glad we are seeing the boys open up emotionally here to support each other.

I don't understand why you would update a story 4 1/2 years later, when it was a completed story when you first posted it?

I love it. Dean has anger, Sam has rage. How true that is, I never thought about it like that. I really like your take on this

I really liked this. The distinction between the boys, Dean has anger Sam has rage. The distinction of how the two would react if the other was hurt/threatened. Both of their focus would be on the other but getting there would be in different ways. The Sam of the first season would probably not kill but would definitely maim, but the Sam made through the years of agony would snap first then save. Dean's one thought would be consistent get Sam safe.

I also appreciated the spin you gave Castiel.

And I think you give the show too much credit. Their plot has been poorly set up and ultimately stupid for a LONG time before the Cas-as-God episode. :S Not to mention the travesty that is their character development. Thank God for fanfiction!
