I like the story, but it's too... wordy. That probably sounds ridiculous, since well how can a story made up of words not be wordy... ANYWAYS, what I mean is that it lacks a certain flow in their conversations... They seem to drag on with the politeness and pleasantries which makes the story very stagnant at times. Other than that, really good descriptions and overall writing. I enjoyed reading and I hope you'll continue :)

I did love the story but I couldn't help but think of Bob Smiley when he talked about newlyweds because of how sweet those two are.
And that I'm pretty sure those two are soul mates. They are such a match for each other: both can be dismembered, both have just about perfect manners and possibly a couple of other things.

A great read for all Jack and Sally fans! I don't mind the length of the chapters, I prefer two very long chapters than more chapters with only one scene or so. I love the way the strained relationship between Sally and the doctor is portrayed and how descriptive the writing style is. The only thing that kept throwing me off was the way some of the dialogue between Jack and Sally was written. The stuttering and the pausing just seemed to be part of everything they said to each other and it seemed to jostle the flow of their conversations. You and Azure make an awesome team and I think you both did a great job. I'm looking forward to start reading the sequel very soon. :)

I love the concept here, especially establishing more of a rapport between Jack and Sally before the movie. I also have to say your chapters are some of the longest I've come across. The only thing that kind of bothers me is how nervous you've made them. I know people do sometimes repeat the first words of their sentences like that, but in written form it looks like they're constantly stuttering or afraid. Another thing I'd recommend is avoiding too many exclamation marks. Every once in a while they're effective, but too many makes them lose their punch.

It's like the ultimate double friendzone, in a your-crush's-crush-is-you sort of way.

It's nice to have both characters like each other for a change. I've been sort of fencing myself in by reading only fanfiction about a couple with SERIOUS unrequited love issues. To the point where the girl must actually come out and say she's in love with him in order for him to remain in character.

Isn't it so much FUN to write awkward, romantic situations?

This had to be one of the cutest stories I've ever read. I can't believe Jack was such a shameless flirt... I couldn't stop laughing. I loved this story and look forward to the sequel.
