Reader chapter 3 . 8/12/2019 It's unfortunate we don't get a happy ending but the fleeting, oneshot-like story suits Durarara!'s LN a lot. And it looked like something that may have actually happened to Izaya, who knows? Seriously, Izaya's an ass but I'm rooting for his happiness. :c Give the child some friENDS, Narita! |
Pooja Agarwal chapter 3 . 5/13/2019 ahh...its so heartbreaking and heart touching...love this story! |
PinePair chapter 3 . 8/26/2018 I good yet sad story |

juungi chapter 3 . 8/26/2017 Chugga - Replying via review since I'm not sure how else to contact you, but sure. You're welcome to translate it if you want to, I'm really flattered you would ask and I'm glad you enjoyed the story. :) |
Chugga chapter 3 . 8/25/2017 Hello~ I first wanted to write you a PM, but I haven't got an account here... so I'm gonna write you a review instead :D I really loved your short story, I gotta say originally I'm German and were looking on (a German website of fanfics) for some good Durarara! fanfics. But there aren't really good ones with Izaya and an OC, so I just searched for an English one and whoops- I landed here. It was well-written (even though a little annoying because I had to look up so many damn vocab- but that's not your fault xD) and I enjoyed your IC Izaya I hate OOCness so baaaaad... the idea was great and your OC really were great - something different :D Although the end was sad I liked it ended that way and I also thought so. And that last sentence - wonderful! xD Well, why I originally wanted to write you a PM was because I wanted to ask you if I may translate the story into German and upload it on ? It would be a big honor for me if I were allowed to :D Of course I will make a reference to you - I'm not one of those who copy other's works. A story of a friend of mine was copied, so I also hate that. I would be glad if you answered me :D And I hope my English were good for you to understand . Chugga~ PS: My name on that website is the same and of course I will send you the link once I uploaded the translation;) |
Silent Killing chapter 3 . 10/30/2016 I don't even know what to say. A truly beautiful story. Thank you for writing it. |
Vorona chapter 3 . 7/27/2016 OH MAH LAWD I CANNOT BELIEVE YOU WOULD DO SOMETHING SOO CRUEL AND VINDICTIVE THIS IS BEYOND EVIL! IM CRYING RIGHT NOW, LITERALLY CRYING MY EYES OUT HOLY PIZZA THE ENDING WAS SO SAD! YOURE A TOERAG, YOU KNOW THAT?! |
ShadowLink5 chapter 3 . 7/12/2016 wow! This is the greatest Durarara fic I've read. Admittedly I haven't read that many but I think it'd be hard to beat :) |
ShadowLink5 chapter 1 . 7/12/2016 This is really good! |
JDominique37 chapter 3 . 10/9/2015 Oh. Oh. Ohmygoodness. That ending! I'm nearly crying. And my sister's just like, "what in the world are you reading." But this was sooooo good. And Megumi! That was so heartbreaking. I love the message you've conveyed with this story! You're such a gifted writer. |
JDominique37 chapter 2 . 10/9/2015 Amazing once again! And so intriguing. The thing I loved about Durarara! was all the philosophical thoughts it presented - and you've managed to capture that all. Great job. |
JDominique37 chapter 1 . 10/9/2015 Wow! This was amazing. Your write so beautifully - and I can perfectly picture the scene between them. And it's so in-character. The ideas and thoughts you present are great as well. Awesome job. |
Salome Maranya chapter 3 . 6/7/2015 The chemistry of the two characters were well developed, as well as the atmosphere - (at least for me it conveyed) serenity and melancholy. It's also interesting that incessant curiosity/feelingsofattachment/curiosity felt by Izaya is towards a dying person. Beautiful fic. |
Gohanya chapter 3 . 4/5/2015 That was so beautifully written. Good job. Hopefully, it kind of changes Izaya's messed up perspective on life, which I somewhat doubt. But I can only dream. It was bittersweet whilst it lasted. Again, good job. |
