This was SOOOOO adorable! And it was very refreshing to see a little fic told from a character's point of view without Kaiba around. Miss Moko is such a sweet woman-maybe you could do more with her! If you want to, of course.

I liked how you included the signs of child abuse as a professional would see them. A lot of writers tend to just have people notice Jou's scars and then have him break down emotionally in one giant episode; you put in all the little things. I think that's great-it makes it more believable and much more satisfying when Jou is saved at the end!
