Aww, Rose and the Doctor... her loss is still something I'm gnawing on.
And the Doctor's expression as she's choosing his metacrisis, like he meant her to, because that's the Doctor, no regard for his own well-being, that lost and pained expressiom will haunt me forever. But at the same time, I can't be mad at her...not really, anyway. After all, the Metacrisis Doctor is the Doctor too. Not the Time-Lord Doctor and while I think the Metacrisis Doctor deserves to be loved, deserves his Rose, it's still unfair that the Time Lord Doctor doesn't get to have her, that he's alone again, always. It's a conundrum, a painful one.

Very good descriptions. You've actually made me more at peace with the way things turned out, although a part of me will always cry at the injustice of the Metacrisis having a life with Rose while the Time Lord has to go on alone.

This is just-it's perfect. It's completely, totally perfect. I have no criticism whatsoever. It's heartbreaking and sweet and beautiful all at the same time. This deserves an award. Seriously. You should try publishing your work, because the written world needs more of this kind of talent.

This is weirdly perfect and I'm really glad that I found your story. I've spent quite some time thinking about Rose's end of the bargain and trying to empathise with how on earth anyone would feel in a situation as complex as this. You did a brilliant job in portraying the happiness and the sadness and it just completely won me over. Thank you for that and please do keep writing!

Oh my goodness! Oh... I can't tell you how much I loved this. The connection between Rose and the Doctor, all of them, is/was brilliantly written. I mean, you captured the 9th doctor fantastically, worried and harsh but thankful and kind. The 10th Doctor...manic and hiding, loving but distant...when Rose was gone, that short piece about both of them, only three sentences long, broke my heart. Then the last two... I was so excited because they were happy, but my heart still broke at times. I love how you made Rose realize that she was being selfish, that the Doctor was missing out on things too, and how she was there for him. And then the last one... oh, it made everything perfect, because it wasn't perfect. I mean, you acknowledged the pain, but you brought forth the happiness too.
The flow was beautiful, your word choice brilliant, and everything was so well thought out. :D Thank you so much for writing!

I thoroughly enjoyed this - very well-written and very good characterisation. Loved the romance with a good dose of hurt-comfort to make it extra satisfying and sweet. Great job and I hope we see more Drose stories from you:-D

Excellent. I love everything about this fic. The beginning sets up the whole fic in a natural and believable way, the last section brings it forward, and the last lines tie everything back. Overall, an absolutely wonderful read.

Aw, that was sweet! And really well done, so I commend you! I like to think the Doctor thinks about his old friends on occasion, and I think if he didn't, he (ironically) wouldn't be human. Anyways, brilliant story :)
