Your story is so great. It completely attracted me :D I love your Ita so much... I always prefer his dark side to his light one. Snapped!Italy is so cool and powerful. The idea about taking all country except Germany is great. The fact that Italy did it only to stand side-by-side to Germany and to have a compliment from him is so cute. I love it so much :D
There is only one question left I want to ask: What happened to England? He was given to Russia to be taken care of. I wonder how he is after that. And he didn't poison Italy... right?

Wow, this updated while I wasn't looking, I've meant to be subscribe to this for a few days but just remembered.

Hehe, at first I thought it was from Ludwig's point of view because it started off with the charcter holing a whip... and then I got so confused because i was wondering what on Earth would make Germany ask anyone why he was cute. Its not something germany would do XD

Then when you told the readers it was actualy Italy at the end I was all like... "Oh... that makes sense XD" *Headdesk* ;s

Anyway, this was awesome, once again! I still just adore the way you're keeping everyone so in character in a situation like this. Italy's "new" self still haunts me so much, and I'm still trying to unravel all the complex layers of his character here. It's true that he's become egotistical and power-hungry and all that jazz, but he still wants everyone to be happy as his friends. It's tragic and fascinating at the same time. Not only that, it seems like he's trying to further "perfect" himself. You were wise to write this from his point of view, because it interests me to no end.

And of course, you continue to portray all the other countries wonderfully as well. Russia's description in particular caught my eye in this chapter...I suppose he and Italy have something in common now that both of them are insane. XP Of course, the way you showed Italy moving at such lightning-fast speed around Europe is chilling.

OH MY JESUS, America and Canada~! Of course I just love the way you portray America, and the force of the beating he took before he finally surrendered. It's incredibly saddening, but I expected as much (can you tell that Al's one of my favorite characters? XD). Canada was just beautiful here too, with his endurance and defiance almost as unending as his brother's.

One more chapter to go! ONWARD!
