I still find it so odd that Bastila, a mere padawan, beat the almighty Darth Revan one on one. Him falling to Bastila's blade just doesnt feel right. Wonder if that was a memory placed by the council.. hmm
Anyways, nice chapters otherwise. Love the dark twist much more than the light way of going. I'm a gray person myself but appreciate this. Cant wait to see more

So Daraz realizes his mind has been tampered with...but he doesn't realize who he actually is. hmmm. This will be interesting when Bastila and him meets. The rancor plot was interesting.

Great to see this story still going, I've really enjoyed each chapter. I'm looking forward to continued AU expansions to the familar story! You've done an excellent job fleshing out Revan's character and conflict, but I don't think you can afford the same amount of detail to the other characters. I think it'll be difficult to strike a good balance in developing important characters without freezing the pacing of the story. Mission is basically a plot device at the moment and Zaalbar is even less significant, especially with the deviation with the life-debt part. I don't mind this much, but would expect Bastila, at least, and maybe to a lesser extent Sandra or Canderous to get more development. Particularly interested in seeing how you'll write first person Bastila as currently we only know how other people view her.

This is a rarely excellent KotOR story and I'm glad I got to follow it as it's being written. Your characterization and writing are both praiseworthy. Continue like this and you'll have one of the best KotOR stories under your belt.

You should make it more clear that Sandra had two lightsabers and Daraz was borrowing the red one. I forgot she took that from the dead Dark Jedi, so the whole time (until the actual fight) I thought she had no weapon. Which would make zero sense. She’s a Jedi, use her as one. Clearly I was wrong in the end but you might want to clarify that when he first approaches her about it.

Otherwise, it was a terrific chapter. Kudos to you for making the rancor scary. They’re so easy to kill in video games that you forget that it’s a terrifying monster that will eat you.
