| 7kstar chapter 1 . 7/3/2011 Ah how cute...nice to fine a light hearted tale. We never got a chubby Sam in the show but we assume it don't we from one of Sam's comments. Really enjoyed the image of the boys playing rescue with the bear. Cute idea and you know that Bobby has to have way too much stuff up in that attic. Enjoyed it. :) |

| Mystic25 chapter 1 . 7/2/2011 This was wonderful! The description of the attic was so detailed that I was discovering each item in it along with the boys. And Pokey...I cannot tell you how endearing that was to me, for Sam to have a childhood toy he played with until it was stained and warned, holding onto it even when John said he was too old for such things. I had a toy dog as a kid, and I never let it out of my sight, I loved the fur and stuffing out of it, and we had tons of things we did that lost it an eye and a nose...this made me remember those days when all I had to do was imagine..I'm 28 now, and I still have his little retired self sitting in my house, reminding me of back then. Thank-you for reminding me too. |

And yet somehow the part I love the most is that when Dean's panicking over Sam's silence, he CLIMBS over the contents of the attic to get to him. Because nothing will stop one of them from getting to the other. Subtle and just right. |
