This was a really good story. The style of writing is really good and you did a good job giving us readers empathy for the Absols. I don't blame em for being mad, I'd be mad if my home was taken away too. Good short story. I enjoyed it.

This was sweet. You really conveyed the emotions that an absol can feel, and it isn't just the misunderstanding all Pokemon seem to have with them ('that absol are dangerous, not trying to warn but to hurt'). There's the sacrificing you added, which in all ways is true. Absol seem to go out of their way to warn Pokemon of impending disasters despite the hate, even with the risk of them getting hurt.
You added how they left areas for the other Pokemon, which I find the most tragic part here, with Pokemon still hating them. "To force us into the deserts where we will overheat with our thick fur?" This part is my favorite. Absol are looked down upon. Pokemon, they are trying to help you, not annihilate you.
The story of an absol can always be extraordinary if you write it correctly. I haven't read many of them yet, but I must say this is one of the best. The poetic sense you add, the original chapter title, and that ending... beautiful.
I hope you make more great stories like this in the future. :)
