God, I ended reading this with tears in my eyes, for both the hopelessness that's taken the town and for the hopefulness Nathan has for Audrey's return. I can only imagine his chagrin when she doesn't remember him - or maybe she will because it's too soon for her to come back. Oh man, I so didn't want this to end because I wanted to know what her return would be like, but at the same time I'm glad it did because it meant I wouldn't have to see if it was even worse. Great job!

Just amazing, even knowing how the series continues after season 1, this story is just sooooo good!

This is absolutely bloody brilliant. I know how crap ff's formatting is but I didn't even mind not knowing which sections went together chronologically because it added to the experience trying to work them out and tie them together in my head. And your characters are perfect, Audrey in particular, you have her balance of light-hearted optimism and grate self-sacrifice down perfectly.

I noticed this was the last Haven fic you wrote and I know you're in a bunch of other fandoms, but you should really REALLY catch up on the last 2 seasons and write more for them - because they are so much better than the first. And the season 3 finale is epic.

Quite possibly my favorite Haven fanfic.

This was a great story! I loved the intensity of Audrey and the Troubles 'final days,' not to mention Nathan and the aftermath. The ending perfect and very King-esque, evoking both a sense of relief and happiness for Nathan and a sense of dread for the stormy days ahead. Another cycle of Troubled times so soon after the last can't mean anything but an apocalyptic, ultimate good vs evil showdown ala Stephen King. Makes me shiver just thinking about it. Awesome job!

wow - this is just incredible, so well done! it probably sounds silly, but there were like no grammar mistakes in this! Such a relief, and it made the whole thing better - so Audrey was stabbed? But they couldn't find the body? Why is she stabbed? Is it a blood thing? My heart totally goes out to Nathan for this, it'd be cool to see how Nate reacts when new Audrey/Lucy turns up, what he says and stuff. This is just amazing - favorite story yet!

This was beautiful, sad and compelling. I felt so bad for Nathan in this from the past flashbacks and his current existence... but the thought he only had to wait 5 years for the Troubles to come back and knowing Audrey/Lucy will be back with them and hopefully to him gives him all the incentive in the world to change the end so he can have a future. Wonderful!

This was LEGENDARY! Completely epic and heartbreaking and perfect. Wow!
