I love this story and all of your other works so much! It's just, whenever I think of the name 'Miyako', I can't help but think of the cat, 'Miyuki' from The Blue Spirit. Not that it really matters, though. Great story!

Avatar is based on corean culture. Their clothes are much more similar to corean than Japanese. The names in avatar are much more similar to Chinese names. Avatar has almost nothing to do with Japanese stuff.

I had to review to this chapter, because it was adorable. I loved it. And who would have guessed that Mai would love cats? That was sarcasm. ;)

Nicely heartfelt with a little less sugar than the last chapter. I liked Miyako's reaction to Mai's screams and Iroh is always a joy whenever he appears in a story. Some nice little deatails too like Miyako firebending out the lights.

Ah the inncoent question of children. Mai is evil to leave Zuko to deal with it. ;-) Glad to see Zuko frustrations over Mai's "tyrany" as well. It makes them more realistic as a couple. So boy or girl? I wonder if the next chapter will give that answer?

It's wonderful that Iroh came to visit; I love to read the heart-to-heart scenes between him and Zuko.

I didn't realize this story had become more than a oneshot. Miyako is just adorable, and Susu is the perfect pet for Zuko and Mai's little family! Looking forward to seeing how everyone handles the new addition to the family when he/she arrives!
