This is - again! - highly implausible! I totally agree with the reviewer who said you need to read Leroux's novel again to understand the point of the story - that true love always triumphs (that of Christine and Raoul) and that we should pity Erik for his face as Christine did but not condone what he'd done. Supporting their relationship implies that you condone abuse, like his manipulation of Christine.

This is so out-of-character. Please don't vilify the hero (Raoul) and glorify the antihero/villain (Erik). In the movie and book, Erik is far more likely to rape Christine than Raoul...Keep the characters as in-character as possible (or else it becomes Love Never Dies, which was not a success for that reason). Also, your dialogue is quite basic. I do like your descriptions, however.

In chapter 9 when Erik is tied to the wall... is he standing? I'm just curious because Raoul kicks him a few times and I'm trying to figure out how that would work/look exactly... Great job with the story overall!

I love everything about this chapter. I wish this was a movie I would so go to see it. Good job with this entire story I love it. It is definitely going to be my favorite. :)
