I actually really love how Harry and Kate's relationship is developing. It's neither some cheesy love at first sight from the days of old, nor some modern day surrender to raging hormones. Awkward yet cute friendship is definitely the way to go (in my opinion) and I'm enjoying every moment of it.

Love seeing a fleshed out muggle character reacting to Harry during school breaks. The pen pal scenario featuring Harry's Statute of Secrecy mandated censorship was pretty cute and funny too! :)

Great job with Kate's characterization by the way! :) She's very likable!

I totally fan-casted Millie Bobby Brown as Kate despite the different eye color. This casting just works in my opinion. :P

This is an amazing fic. I haven't read anything similar to it before, but I really like how you wrote it (? This wasn't what I had in my head but it's the best way I thought of to end that sentence) I find it interesting how you characterized Harry, and how it looked to an outsider. I'm going to go start the sequel, but I just want to say Great job, and I love it.

This is probably the best Harry/Oc fic that I've read. THe characters are incredible. Kate is as real as any of us and Harry doesn't go out of character.

I specially enjoyed the chapter where (SPOILERS ALERT!) Harry finds out about Kate's boyfriend. Seriously, it seemed as if Harry was waiting for everything to be exactly the same as the previous summer and you didn't have to word it out! Just from the descriptions of his reactions was enough.

Great writing!

Now on to the sequel!

I didn't smile. I almost cried. That was sad. Reading the sequel now, because that can't be the end.
