This sequel is amazing. More often than not, when I move on to the sequel of a story it is not nearly up to standard. Always the same monotonous thing that the original story was. This one, however, is completely new. Not to mention realistic. I think that the plot of Fred and Arie splitting is great. Not that I don't want them together. That is the point of a Fred/OC story after all. However, this sort of thing happens in real life all the time. Young couples will split up because one is ready to take the next step in the relationship while another is not. So they both go off to "find themselves" and this was an excellent way to continue Arie's story. The plot revolves around the OC not the cannon. It's perfect. I also adore the fact that you made Arie's new love interest older that her or Fred. He would be much more likely to want to settle down considering his life accomplishments. More of what she expects at the moment. I think that that may be part of her attraction to him. And the fact that she is still wrestling with thoughts of Fred is completely realistic. After all, she may find Cole attractive, but she was with Fred for all that time and that is simply not something you can erase. I just wonder how far Cole and Arie will be taking this. So far, I like him. And being stuck in a pyramid for a long time can definitely make you closer to people. I'm so excited to see where Arie will be taking us to!

How has it been a few months since you've updated?! This is brilliant! It's so different and engaging I honestly cannot wait to read more about her experience in egypt and when she confronts fred again after the 2 years. It's so good! I love how different this is to other fredxoc fanfics as well

Interesting. I'm really interested in seeing how you keep this a FredXOC story. And what about what happened right before the portkey left England are you going to explain why someone was yelling at them to stop?

I hope you're aware that when you update I act like a confused walrus, flailing around until I finally regain my senses and click on the story. Then I reread each chapter until I get to the new chapter. Then I freak out, go back and re-read the new chapter.
I adore you and your stories. I adore this story. I just...I'm sad Fred and Arie broke up, but I get why they had to. It's a good idea. I definitely enjoy where this is headed, though I do hope they get back together. They've been through so much! THEY CAN'T GIVE UP NOW- They just need space-

Why do you torture me for not finishing your wonderfully perfect stories? *Cries

This is great! I read A Friendship Broken in one sitting, and I immediately started on this one. I know it's been a while since your last update on this, but I have a bit of an idea, and though I'm not sure whether you were going in that direction already or not, it just wouldn't leave me alone. I think they should break up. It'll make the story much more interesting, at least, and you don't want any readers getting boring. Romance without difficulty and hard times isn't imteresting or realistic. You have to want the readers to simpathise with the characters. I think that after they break up, Arie should find out she's pregnant, and when they meet however long after, he finds out about his child. I think it would be a bit realistic for her temper to mellow out over the years, though it should end up with him being the only one to truly be able to continue setting her off. In terms of the kid, boy-girl twins keep popping into my head, though you can take that however you want to. I think this story has great potential to become much more than the amazing it already is.
