Words cannot describe how much I liked your plot idea, wow. It was very interesting, even you OC was in his way, and the story was built quite neatly. I enjoy reading these types of fics the most. Your writing was very smooth too.

I loved this story to death. The characters were neatly in character and the story brought the pair together in an interesting "page turning" sort of way.

I do think there are a few ways you could make it even better, so here is my two-cents. For one, while I appreciated my lemon, I felt the story ended too quickly. Including a chapter or even another paragraph or two bring slightly neater closure to the emotional roller-coaster the story is would be nice. Have Aziraphale reflect on how he has changed or just bask us in the joy of post-coitus fluff tinged with a hint of the trouble they both could be in are some ideas for bringing closure but I'm sure you could think of something without my help.

Also, though you alluded to the poor dead boy very well through the birthday girl, I did forget about him with all the other problems/conflicts that were going on. Perhaps have Crowley think about him like once more somewhere in the middle so as to a make that final call back be come less out of nowhere for odd people like me.

Finally, Crowley was perhaps a little scattered near the end. I got that he wanted to be with Aziraphale but he didn't want to do it for Hell. It just seemed like part of the time he thought the only way to be with the angel was to do what hell wanted and the majority of the time he thought as long as he ignored them, it was fine. This might have only been me so feel free to ignore this or any of the other stuff I've said. I really enjoyed this story and would really enjoy it if you chose to write about these character again.

Would you believe... I finally bothered to make an account to squee about how awesome this is? I'm always very wary of fic in general, romantic fic in particular, since it so often descends right into PWP and nothing but that. This one though, it's well-paced and gets the characterization fairly spot-on.

I find it so sweet that Crowley's still freaking out about tempting Zira even though he's all for it. The only thing I found a little bit jarring was the idea that the angel's had an ex (or a fling, or something). Jealous!Crowley was adorable and worth the jar, but it still seemed un-angelic of Zira, in my view. And yes, I know that's very hypocritical criticism from someone saying how lovely and wonderful the main romance is. _~

Actually, have to confess, I'd almost forgotten the kid Crowley ran over... Certainly forgot the balloon. Nice way to pull that back up. And then he confessed to Zira all about it in his angst. Crowley is not much of an angsty person, is he? Certainly not the sort of person to cry.

Zira DOES have some... demonic feelings in him, huh? Nice to know that I guessed something right. :) Now the four of the seven cardinal sins that were on Zira's mind are... Lust, obviously. Pride? 'Cause he's prideful that he can see that angsty side of Crolwey or just that they are friends. Then... Greed? I mean, he does like his books... And then there's Envy, Wrath, Gluttony, Sloth, which one? Maybe Sloth? Or Envy. Wrath is NO way a part of Zira. Gluttony, might also be a contestant. Those are my guesses. :)

There seems to have been some trouble with and the reviews... So, I hope you get this! And I hope that next chappie has some... action for those two... *wink wink* :D

Your meaning is... that Zira has not only affected (giving the affection/love feelings) the humans but Crowley as well? Then wouldn't it follow that Crolwey has affected Zira too? So, that greed that Zira has for old books is because of Crowley... And hopefully he has gotten something else from him too. And I'm not talking about anger here. ;D

Aaand,Oh, yay, chlidish Crowley is SO much fun! :) All the things he did to make himself feel better. Or to make the others feel worse. But really, wouldn't it be so much like him in this situatuin to just get them a table for TWO rather than THREE? That way Callum might have to leave... Then again, he might just be doing it for Zira...

This is really interesting (even though ordering Crowley to try to make Zira fall is kind of a cliché), especially who... Callum(?) is. Some Zira's old lover, huh? Aaaaand Crowley doesn't like. It. A. Bit. :D

I thought it really mean that Crowley (as we know that he has a crush on Zira) would flirt with that... What was his name again? That blue eyed frenchman. But Crowley is a demon, so maybe I shouldn't be too annoyed with him.
