Thanks for posting this on the site. There's so much Ron bashing in fan fiction, but they forget that this is where Harry and Ron take Hermione into their lives. Maybe JK Rowling should have written them in a different way, but Hermione really didn't have any friends until after the scare with the troll.

I like the way Ron and Harry just seem to fall into their places in Hermione's life and she didn't even expect it. This was a nice moment for a bunch of eleven year olds.

I love how well this complements Platform Nine and Three Quarters. It almost feels like a direct sequel, though it seems pretty obvious that all your HP stories take place in the same universe. It sort of seems like something's missing, though: maybe you could show this scene from Ron's perspective...
