I don't think I've ever laughed so hard at anything on this site. This was pure genius. I have to say that I loved how the UN was trying to make sure something got accomplished and all the rules were followed, pshhh like that whatever happen. I give him an A for effort though. I doubt he'll be getting anything from the EU though...
