This is a nice story, and pretty much how I think Ron would have ended up based on the books minus the epilogue.

While I don't think this is accurate to canon Ron, I could easily imagine a world where the fame of becoming a world hero and quidditch star went to his head, gradually eroding his better qualities and resulting in this.

Not that Ron was like that in canon, still he was thoughtless
enough that this isn't an unthinkable stretch to make.
I'm sure that his relationship with Lavernder would have
been defended in just those sort of terms had someone
brought it up.

The followup set of assumptions are pure Ron too in that
he never seemed to think that relationships went beyond
the physical in canon. At least to the extent JKR ever portrayed
them and never in a realistic manner, IMHO. And the double
standard showed too. Harry had beenaway 'forever', but
Hermione just jumped right into 'someone's' bed 'instantly'.

The punishment is hilarious. Equally funny is Harry's last line.
You could have bettered it though; he should have affected
a Humphry Bogart impression. And the quote should have been
'Always knew finding the Maltese Falcon would payoff in Spades!

I was initially very confused about who was having sex with the cheer witch in whose flat, so perhaps you should make that clearer in the beginning by combining paragraphs spoken by the same person or adding in more "Ron said", "Harry said"s. otherwise I quite liked the story.
