You know? I'm pretty sure this is the first fic that I've read where they separate not because of something tragic like one dying, being crippled, horrible argument etc.

But very good, please don't get me wrong! I have always wondered what would happen if Maka was paired with a different weapon (it makes sense, because once Soul becomes a Death Scythe, Death technically has the right to use him). BUT THAT WAS SO DEPRESSING. I listened to the song while reading this and it made your story 10x more depressing. At first, I thought maybe Soul had dyed his hair brown out of depression...and gotten blue contact lenses...and then my hope fizzled out.

I SAW YOUR PROFILE. DON'T EVER EVER EVER GIVE UP AND STOP WRITING. You're only going to get better, and you're already very good! It would be a shame to lose you as a writer :(

We all know that the two of them are too stubborn to actually say something. And neither of them are smart enough to acknowledge their feels and go after them! But we also know one of them (not that i can figure out who) is going to break and run back to the other. Only if this wasn't a one shot!
