JoyRose10 chapter 1 . 4/14/2013 I do like it. Sherlock is especially in character. Thanks! |
Ecri chapter 1 . 5/10/2012 Another excellent story! You have captured the essence of John Watson so completely that it's easy to imagine this as part of an episode. Well done. Keep writing. |
katherine chapter 1 . 5/7/2012 awe epp omg i love these! both stories are so original i would just love to see what Sherlock was thinking in this one and the last chapter from the other story. It would be soo cutee iwjgiuaerngoer h your a great story teller. |
Skyfullofstars chapter 1 . 4/2/2012 "...It's when Sherlock sinks into the opposite seat that John realises what the feeling is. It's home.." OH, GOOD BEGINNING..JUST READ THE PREQUEL. KEEPING MY FINGERS CROSSED HERE.. "...Automatically, he makes two - white, no sugar, for him; black, two sugars for Sherlock. He realises halfway back to the living room; he never actually asked how Sherlock takes his coffee..." JOHN IS BEGINNING TO REMEMBER? "...Twenty nights pass before a voice from the dream stays with him when he opens his eyes: how do you feel about the violin? The sound is playing even now he's awake, from downstairs. It's a violin.." WHAT is IT ABOUT SHERLOCK'S VIOLIN THAT BREAKS OUR HEARTS SO? "...John turns to Sherlock, smiling. 'So, did you get the beans?'." OH MY...FROM THE NIGHT OF THE POOL...SHOULDA KNOWN.. "...Sherlock glances up impatiently from his phone, and there's a split-second pause before, 'meretricious,' he replies. 'And a happy new year,' John says, transported for an instant to the shore of the Thames and hearing Lestrade's voice instead of his own.." LAUGHED OUT LOUD AT THAT ONE ! Sherlock is ahead of him, careening around corners and shouting directions almost lost in the wind to John, whose breath catches and burns in his throat – but it doesn't matter. Nothing matters right now but this, the chase, the adrenalin and running running running – this is everything, this is his life, and the dreams, the nightmares, just don't matter – this is all he needs, this excitement, this danger, these cases with Sherlock – they are what make him forget everything that has come before. Everything he wants to, while he clings to the memory of every second of the chase itself..." AND HOW THEIR LIFE TOGETHER WILL ALWAYS HELP JOHN SHUT THOSE DREAMS OUT...OH MY...OUR TWO FAVORITE MEN.. ..FOREVER RUNNING THROUGH THE STREETS OF LONDON.. LOVED IT! Thank you for the sequel and for letting John remember. And thanks for the ANGST! Very well done! "... |
FinalFallenFantasy chapter 1 . 2/5/2012 I really liked the automatic coffee-making snippet; it fits John so very well. |
MusicalEscape chapter 1 . 12/28/2011 ...I wonder how John re-reacted to the skull... :P Amazing. |
DreamBrother chapter 1 . 9/27/2011 This is, honestly, one of the best written fic I've read in this fandom. Very very well done. |
toeki chapter 1 . 8/15/2011 very nice sequel, but i think the coffee part should have been done with tea instead... |
Riaaanna chapter 1 . 7/2/2011 Beautiful. Absolutely love it. |
intothemist99 chapter 1 . 4/29/2011 I liked this and its prequel very much thanks. :) It was a quite refreshing read, as John didn't fully recover, not suddenly. Reactions and emotions were captured precicely and evidently in character. The story, though rather sad, is quite believable and as soon as I had finished reading the first story, I was compelled to read the second. Thank you for the wonderful story. |
ScopesMonkey chapter 1 . 3/12/2011 And an excellent follow up! Again, very well done! I especially loved the violin section. |
mustangwoman chapter 1 . 2/27/2011 A wonderful follow-up to your other "Five Times" story! Thank you very much for writing this! |
KayMoon24 chapter 1 . 2/26/2011 Whoa! This was wonderful! Wonderful! Wonderful! Wonderful! |
mrspencil chapter 1 . 2/25/2011 Beautifully, and realistically done, with snatches of memory gradually returning. Some very vivid images. and the last bit works particularly well Thank you MrsP:) |
Hades Lord of the Dead chapter 1 . 2/25/2011 Brilliant! Sorry it took me so long to review, lots of computer trouble. I love how you manage to make each experience so wonderfully different and descriptive, telling a story and giving us a glimpse into John's mind and emotions at the same time. Thank you. B-D |
