Since you asked for criticism:

I know you don’t want to throw off the action and pacing, but it would be good to add at least a line like, “after collapsing in exhaustion for a few hours,” to keep up continuity. He just did a training trip through hell and a mad dash after his army after knows how long. It would make sense for him to rest at least a little bit even if he didn’t want to.

Also, while I do expect his Bankai to be sufficiently badass, there should be a little more transition when making as huge of a leap in power as he seems to have. By that I mean showing a bit more of a midpoint where his ability increased to some extent before hand, like learning/mastering/inventing a new skill, technique, developmental step, or something. It doesn’t have to be much just enough so that when he shows off his awesome power later it doesn’t seem like it came as much from nowhere.

Still good stuff overall.

Like this use of a training trip to prevent monotony in just gathering captains rinse and repeat. This is a great way that makes sense to bring back Viral and the beastmen.

Love that he can’t just steamroll through hell. So many authors don’t get that protagonists need actual challenges and difficulties. This actually feels like hell with it testing him in every single way and with every single possible weakness creating some of the worst psychological attacks.

Yes Kenpachi! Love how when you introduce cool people you make it make sense in context instead of things just looking like a bad or forced coincidence. I could easily see him deciding to go to hell to get stronger.

Bikini Nemu yes! Her reliability makes her only the more appealing. Nice change of pace to a beach episode only for a nice ambush with giant monster and pirates and some nice foreshadowing with the captain. Nemu as a drill for backup fits so well, so many nice flags. Love that everyone has a proper reaction to his supposed death and then subsequent explosion of the monster.

Really nice seeing him be the only one to remain clean. You seem to be one of the few who understand that their main character should look cool in front of others. So many bad authors try to make things humorous by making their main character look like an idiot or embarrass themselves in front of others not realizing that that only makes the audience dislike the main character as well, and if they dislike the main character they’ll dislike the story.

Great chapter! Now the story really gets started. Good showing from Ichigo with proper self sacrifice, but glad he was removed. It was so weird seeing Kamina part of another organization. Glad he finally took over!

Also Nemu 3. He doesn't even need to defrost her, just get her how she is.

God... This was great. I felt like I had just heard one of Kamina's speeches just by hearing the title alone. I could imagine him saying it. "So this is the heavens."

Well.

Kamina, awesome as he is, is no fool. He wouldn't have missed the point of Rossiu's actions (unlike yourself). He would have beaten the sense back into him, so Rossiu can think better. Because that's what he does. (You need people that can govern, not just heroes and stuff. Kamina knew he was meant to inspire more than fightm that's why he always encouraged Simon).

And... This is too ridiculous. You are trying to make Kamina go through all the stages that Ichigo himself went. That's too ham-fisted. Kamina is Kamina, the epitome of manliness! He would make do with shinigami and be awesome at it because let's kick reason to the curb and go beyond the impossible! Actually, he would make do with shinigam because he doesn't need to go through the same power boosts as Ichigo, because he is his own unique person. That idea of yours, Kamina's hollowification, was forced... At best. At worst, it's when your story undermines Kamina's badassness. No Ichigo parallels for him.

Plus the story is too fast. Too, too fast. Hell, TTGL was paced slower than this. It took a few months for everything to go to hell (aka Kamina's death, and we know thanks to Lerron that would be at least 2 months after they started out).

It has ceased to be enjoyable. I'll keep to the end to see if it improves, but at the moment I'm highly considering bailing out.
