Finally made it through the 10 chapters.. .and i love it! I recently started to read harry and james father son au fics... i just love them so much, because harry really desrved parents, and at least in the fanfiction world he can have them. If i can make a request i would like to see more of sirius black in future chapters ( maybe a letter or two..) as he his within my top 5 favortie characters( you could probably have guessed that from my pen name.. but yeah) Can their be more mischeif... i think the kid raised by the marauders is bound to get into some sort of trouble... other than that this is a great story and i will continue to read if you continue to post.

I think you story is really reallly good and i'm going to keep reading but i think you need to be careful you dont make it too much like the books cause your in a bit of danger of doing that.

i think ot would be cool of you had snape and james have a parent teacher meeting about harry it could be really good.

It's me, the one who tries to give constructive comment that you take the wrong way. No harm no foul, but you need to start to take suggestions in the good-hearted way they are meant.

The last few chapters were good. Yes, they were short and did stick very rigidly to the original story (chapter 7 was almost word for word unfortunately) without much creative thinking added, but its ok if its every so often, just try not to make it a habit. Perhaps read a few pages them re-write it in your own words instead of typing them up? I know you don't know the book by heart (sorry to bring it up, but you didn't know the sorting hat song and every fan I've ever known of, except for you, knows the song).

Some of the terms you used were different, but thats probably due to American editors of the edition you read (for example, 'whistle' instead of 'flute', unless you did actually change it to a whistle).

Anyway, keep up the good work. Don't take constructive critism badly, take it as it is meant (helpful and constructive) and either take the ideas on board or ignore them. Your choice. Constructive critiscm is only intended to help improve your writing. Afterall, I could not bother writing, or reading and just ignore your story if I didn't care about helping you.

aww this story is really good. an the relationship between harry and james is really sweet. its exactly, as iv always pictured between them ne time i imagined if james had survived. iv always suspected hed be an amazing dad. and you portreyed his personailty, perfectly.

cant wait for more. i ecspect to see harry tackled james in a MASSIVE bear hug the next time he see him lol.
