ImaginaryArtist17 chapter 1 . 10/18/2015
I love your title! :)
Naleky chapter 14 . 7/23/2015
Oh God.
There are no words.
I cried. Several times. I NEVER cry. And it's in the middle of the night right now because I couldn't bring myself to stop reading.
I cannot put into words how much I love this story. You, my dear, are wonderful. Next thing tomorrow I'm going to read it again. And then maybe another time, just because.
Absolutely wonderful.
Falcon's Jade chapter 14 . 9/16/2012
This was an excellent AU and I read it all through one seating without stop. Love how you had all the characters in and I was actually immensely relieved when you didn't have Nash pull some really hateful stunt so many stories seem to give him. I loved how Mal and Arthur seemed to team up against all the expected behaviors, very well written story !
Renn chapter 14 . 8/13/2012
Well this was purely fantastic. I was riveted to my computer all afternoon long just reading this pure awesomeness of a story. I loved your use of the characters - particularly Nash, who I'm so glad you didn't give into the temptation of turning into a zombie along the way and betray them. The AU in itself was also excellent, with the parallels with the movie and their jobs not *that* AU in the end, and I loved the way you developed their relationships to each other - all characters, not only Arthur and Eames only though of course I won't deny they were my primary attraction! And Mal! - I got a feeling she's be infected of course, there again you did well in applying the movie's story, and the kids! Kids are hard to write (I can't do it for the life of me!) but you did them very well in my opinion! And having Arthur become infected...well I knew (or rather, hoped with all my fangirl's heart!) that we'd still have a happy ending, and you did deliver!
So all in all, thanks so much for writing and sharing - this is definitely a fave and if you'll excuse me now - I've got an unexplained craving to go watch a zombie movie...
One tiny little hiccup - and forgive me for being a party pooper but that's something I just can't let slide: the french. I know it wasn't used overly much but the few times that it was it hindered my reading...
G Impressions chapter 13 . 7/10/2012
You know, the WHOLE time I read this last chapter, all I heard was Outnumbered by Devil Wears Prada. Good song. Heavy though...
used to be dragonrider17 chapter 14 . 9/7/2011
I don't even know where to begin...! This story had me hooked from the very start! I love what you did with everything and everyone! I was up for HOURS into the night because I could not stop reading! Especially after Arthur got bitten...well, I had to take a short break to calm down because oh my god he got bitten! I cried. This whole story had me on edge, but in a completely good you-are-a-genius-of-a-writer kind of way. And Ariadne was so sweet and wide-eyed and such a GREAT contrast to Eames and Arthur and Cobb, and the kids, too, of course. You had an amazing balance in all of the characters and the whole story was gritty and brutal, but then also hopeful and full of love and... It was spectacular.
azure feathers chapter 4 . 7/8/2011
This one wasn't quite as good as the others, but I still liked it. The action scenes are fast-paced and easy to read, which is always important. Looking forward to reading more (:
azure feathers chapter 3 . 7/8/2011
Neato burrito.

Good reasoning and creating an original zombie-cause. I really only have once complaint: it doesn't seem to make sense that it's contagious. Correct me if I'm wrong, but dementia is only contagious in the sense that people caring for those with the disease are so stressed out that it causes it, right? Usually in vaccines they inject a weakened form of a virus into a person so the person's antibodies know what to watch out for early on, therefore should the vaccine go wrong infected persons would pass on the virus to others and turn them into zombies. But since dementia isn't caused by a virus, how can a bitten person contract the condition of the vaccine-zombie? I'm no expert on vaccines, though, so feel free to correct me. xD

Anyway, looking forward to reading the rest. It's good so far. (:
azure feathers chapter 2 . 7/8/2011
Letters are a refreshing way to write "the relationship stage" though, so you're in the clear on that one. (: This is a zombie story, so having chapters and chapters of them hanging all over eachother, though sweet, seems a bit out of place. xD
azure feathers chapter 1 . 7/8/2011
Oh boy oh boy. What a great idea. It's nice how you don't go out and say "zombie infestation lol", you let the characters explain what's going on without really explaining. xD

Looking forward to reading more dude.
Deanwimpchester chapter 14 . 5/17/2011
Oh, how delicious. I'll wager that the power of love is what got Arthur better.

And now they're gonna ride off into the sunset, get married and have a lot of ki- wait. Dudes can't produce babies. They'll *adopt* a million kids who are going to be equally BAMF-y and move to North Carolina and live happily ever after. Yep.

This was sparkly and beautiful.
DemonShuriken chapter 14 . 5/16/2011
F*CK YEAH ARTHUR LIVES! SCREW YOU ZOMBIES! ...Yep. That was my little celebration.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this, my friend. It was an interesting take on Inception. And, of course, who doesn't love a good horror/romance fic. Especially if it involves Arthur and Eames. I can see the influence from zombie movies within this (28 Days Later, as an example) but you took the zombie concept and evolved it into your own version, which I find awesome. This also had a happy ending, so yay for that too. I also liked how you ended it on New Years Eve. Were you symbolizing a new hope for the future with that? In all, it was very entertaining to read, and this review would have been longer if I could easily convey what I want to in words.

By the way, sorry I didn't review this final chapter sooner.
bat-hawk chapter 14 . 5/14/2011
I think I am reacting to this wrong (which I seem to do with your stuff a lot, idk why), but I am very sad right now that they had to spend a whole fucking year in a hospital, separated from each other, with no end in sight. Idk, I just have this thing about hospitals for absolutely no reason, but I hate them so much. Any time anyone has to stay in a hospital for an extended time it seems like the worst thing ever to me. I know, I am weird.

Also, why does Mal get to be out of a hospital distributing the cure in Russia, while Arthur is still in the hospital? I mean, didn't they have the same deal going on? It seems that Eames had some sort of mental breakdown, so I can maybe see why he stays, but I don't see why Mal is out if Arthur isn't. It is very possible that I missed some thing, but I am confused about that.

Anyways, I still love this story lots, and I am kind of sad that I will not be getting zombies in my inbox every Friday, but it is so exciting that it is done! You are fantastic at writing, and I cannot wait for whatever is next!
Lupa Dracolis chapter 14 . 5/14/2011
Yay, Arthur's not dead! (I'm extremely biased to Arthur not being dead for two reasons, you see. The first being that he's just awesome, and the second being that he shares a name with my little brother!) But... why does it have to be over? I really loved this story. You get so few genuinely imaginative and interesting AUs - most of the time the plot consists entirely of "What if character X was in this genre instead?" without anything beyond that, so thank you for proving not all AUs are that dull!
Viperiform chapter 14 . 5/14/2011
Wonderful, wonderful ending. The entire story was worth the waiting for each next chapter, and each chapter was one of the highlights of my week. I am a bit sad it's over, but I love the ending so much that that makes up for it.

Thank you for an awesome story, well done.
