A great short story... made me smile and as I have imagined it often, though perhaps not the cheating boyfriend, what a jerk he sounded. I liked the mention of her always reading "that book". Great work.

I enjoyed this story but one thing I noticed while reading the fic was your lack of commas; sometimes your sentences would seem to wind on and on without having some kind of break (I found this specifically in your dialogue). I suggest you go over it again and fix the places where commas or semi-colons might be needed. But overall it was a pleasant read. :)

LOVE IT! Are you going to continue it? I loved the feel to it and the unspoken yearning Sarah has for the Goblin King (I mean she was dating a guy that looked like him) and then to find her so accepting of him when he showed up in her room, ah I just love it!
