This was a really good and well written story. Those mobsters really thought Mikey would choose himself over his brothers? What a bunch of morons. Just because they're selfish enough to save themselves first, doesn't mean everyone is. In fact most sane people would choose their family first.

Yes, Mikey saves his brothers. It's nice to see the youngest be the hero for a change of pace. Even if he is often a goofball, when it's time to be serious, Mikey is can be just as good if not better than his brothers.

This has got to be the 2003 Mikey. He's strong, confident, and one hell of a smartass. Not that I mind 2007 or 2012 Mikey. It's just that they're a little bit smaller and more immature than the 2003 Mikey. In fact, it's weird to think that 2003 Mikey and the two blue-eyed babies are all supposed to be around the same age.

Hahahahaha "oh crap, what if he couldn't tell the good comics from the bad ones anymore?" Nice. D

I liked this scene where Raph spots the brothers under the light. And how he just manages a "what the hell".
Also, "both envious and infuriated that Don could stay so calm in this situation." Nice character stuff for both.

The cliffhanger worked out well :D

Man you sure like putting Mikey through hell hahah.

I like the line where he thinks, "That's okay then. Not their fault." It's a great example of his character. How he's got a good heart and isn't resentful. Very kind and understanding, even in his present circumstance. Good guy Mikey. I guess his ability to be lighthearted about things is aiding him during all this stuff he's doing.

Beer?! But they're just teenagers! Underage drinking! :P

I like Mikey's resolve here.

Also this scene reminds me of the snow chase sequence of the 2014 movie :P

Why did you end this so soon?! You should've posted another chapter (maybe an epilogue!?) because I want to know what happened while Mikey recovered! He should tell his brothers about how they all almost died and how he saved them! ARGH! Now I'm just imagining the scene from my mind... But even if you didn't add that chappy, great story! You really sent me on the edge of my seat with all the suspense! I LOVE this! :D
