Loved this. The issue was valid and the reason behind it was as well. Great job showing why these two should be together, Rachel needs someone on her level and as vested as she is to fell secure in her relationship and Puck needs someone who believes in him and expects him to do things right, give him something to live up to instead of down to.

Poor Puck didn't get no freakin' calender.
It kinda felt kinda over dramatic at the end to me. Idk why Rachel would break up with him just because he wanted a calender. If I was Rachel I would have thought it was kinda cute how big bad Puck suddenly wanted a calender with cats from Rachel. But that's just me, and I thought it was kinda cute how she made those things and not humilating so its just a different perspective.
I would have liked it if it was more ligh hearted and fluffly but again, that's just me.

Anyway, you have topped into some reasons as to why I love this ship so much. With Finn, Rachel will always be over the top and way more invested than he ever will be. That's not an assumption; that's a continuity fact (who knew RIB couple do that?). Finn will always pick popularity and the need to have approval from others over Rachel. Just like Rachel will always pick Broadway and New York over him.

With Puck, she can be crazy and loud and anxious and all those others things that make Rachel Rachel because he doesn't care what they think. All that matter is Rachel and all that would ever matter would be Rachel. He wouldn't want her to change herself and how she is, even for him. He would be grateful for her. He would question her for being with him. He would question himself against Finn cause he never 'won' anything in his life over Finn.

Awwwwww this is so sweet. Puck may be an alpha male but he has his ooey gooey side too. Surprisingly Santana has a heart. Who knew? :P

I think you should follow up on this with Rachel telling Puck if he really wants her to she can make some cat calenders. Puck frowning cause thats not want he really wanted. So instead Rachel offers to make a t-shirt. And Puck replying "It should say 'I'm with stupid.'" Lol

I loved the whole him hating on Finn for leaving her that christmas, totally realistic too hehe. Hope that the beating he "accidently" gives to Finn will be of massive proportions heh.

You've perfectly captured why so many of us are team Puckleberry: though Puck can be a delinquent jerk, since he first dated Rachel he has consistently treated her better than Finn has. Nice work.

This was so good, and in character too! I loved the emotions...and jealous Puck :)

This makes tons of sense. At the end of this, I kind of had to sit back and say, huh, well then... because they're both so insecure. I think their characters are more similar than dissimilar, not taking into account their religious views. Your fic reminded me of that little story about how the girl asks the boyfriend if he likes her and he says no, but later on tells her that he doesn't like her because he loves her. I enjoyed this story and it was really thought-provoking.
