These stories are excellent and I hope you return to finish them one day.

Interesting. Does Zed have an alternate personality or some kind of unwanted intrusive thoughts? I have OCD, and intrusive thoughts were one of the major reasons I'm now on medication. Zed's very observant and intelligent, recognizing such actions as play and bonding between what most would consider mindless killing machines. He also has an open mind, a threat to any cult.

That Killbane is the sort of person I, as a Christian, can't stand. He twists Biblical teachings, warping them to his own ends, and ignores the ones that are inconvenient to his own perverse desires. The Bible strongly condemns rape and murder, and tells husbands to be loving toward their wives, (not that they're really married), and to treat others as you would wish to be treated. I doubt he'd want to be kidnapped, separated from his friends, violently raped and enslaved. Sadly, some people are like that. The story doesn't offend me, it just angers me to think that there are people in real life who think along similar lines toward women and others. He's probably a racist too...

Winter is a hard time in Northern climates, (I'm from Florida, we don't get blizzards or even snow.) It's sad to see everything starving, but that happens, among animals especially. In a post-apocalyptic world winter would be one of the deadliest threats out there.

I read 'From the Desk' and really enjoyed the rational approach Garnet takes. She's a scientist and a physician (as a veterinarian friend of my was always quick to point out, vets ARE doctors.), she wants to learn, heal and to make life better for the Infected, and, by extension, humanity as well.

I was wondering about Infected/Uninfected reproduction since Garnet and Blake became mates, and you've brought up some very good questions about that.

I have a few questions. Why do they call themselves The Jade Crusaders? Jade is beautiful, but beyond that is there any specific reason? Killbane mentioned something about the Infected defiling women. I'm not sure of the exact wording, but the implication seemed clear to me. I can see people being paranoid enough to spread such rumors, though Infected seem to have no urge or desire to mate with humans. With a few notable exceptions, of course.

Did Garnett ever get Blake's stethoscope off of his body? It hasn't been mentioned since the first story, so I assume he did.

Excellent trilogy you have here, hopefully one day it can be finished.

I know you said it gets dark, but perhaps a more specific warning please? I really really can't read that kind of dark, and a warning would have been great. I like the writing style and everything, but no thank you.

Firstly, why? Why aren't you here? Why are you not posting any chapters of any stories? *Sigh* I hate it when sh*t like this happens. You get hooked on the plot and everything and decent (hell, more like perfect) grammar, and then this. Stories like this one are rare and you sadly stopped...

Secondly, I want to rip out the hearts of every single male except Zed. If you ever continue, make their deaths as painfull as possible.

Lastly, this is one of the best, if not THE BEST Left 4 dead story I have read. Please, if you read this, just message me saying:"Sorry, but I won't be uploading anymore chapters. I hope you understand." I probabbly won't understand, but I'll try to.

i just read this whole thing...i despertly want to get at those guys who raped her...and give each and everyone the most slowest...painfull...death...possible...kinda like torture...for a couple of year then tie the up tightly...and throw them into the nearest zombie horde every and watch as they are ripped apart and ill savor there screams of pain and lough as they die...as the light fades from there eyes.

I just wanted to tell you that these stories of yours are great!
I've pretty much been reading through the whole home sector saga in one go, and it's been impressive how you pay attention to the details and make explanations for various tidbits such as the functions of the infected's senses and mutations, as well as the group dynamics and their interactions.
Definitely gonna be looking forward to seeing more stories about this gang in the future.
