I just finished this fic and I feel so sad gdi. I NEED TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS AFTERWARDS. I didn't expect Al and Matt to have a platonic relationship but I still loved it all the same. This story is beautiful. Short but bittersweet, eloquently written and just amazing in general. I'm reading all your Hetalia fics and holy shit are they good. I hope you become a professional author someday!

This was an incredibly moving and beautiful story. I loved the originality of your setting and how you were able to anchor your characters to their canon personalities despite the alternate universe. I think I'll remember this one for a long time.

I wish I knew what was going to happen next, but I guess that was the point of you leaving things were they are, so we could make up our own ending? I really liked it, your writing is very good, as well as your characterization.

wow. this story is great. matthew and alfred's characters are enjoyable, and the way their interactions are written are detailed and a joy to read. matt's situation is so sad, and the ending just tugged on my heartstrings.
