that was definitely adorable, from italy's thoughts all on germany and his gift, even when he's in a hospital bed for christmas, to germany being worried but not wanting to show it, to romano being overly worried as well (adorable moment of brotherliness X3).

it was just... perfect in its fluffiness!

the only nitpick would be on italy calling germany 'doitsu', as it's a japanese term, and it doesn't sound right for italy to call germany in another language that is not his own. other than that, it's really cute

It's hard to see something from Italy's perspective (at least for me) since ditzy Italy is too innocent to really express...but you do an awesome job at writing from Ita-chan's point of view.
